Sandeep Sharma, MD

Dr. Sharma brings nearly two decades of interventional nephrology experience, having completed over 20,000 dialysis access procedures across Western Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia.

He was the first Interventional Nephrologist to establish a practice in Western Pennsylvania and pioneered endovascular fistula creation in Pennsylvania and Virginia. He serves as a Board Member of the National Kidney Foundation, where he has advocated for kidney disease awareness for over 15 years.

Dr. Sharma also supports the local Wounded Warriors Project chapter. His philosophy: “Patients’ vascular access is their lifeline, and I am the plumber that keeps it going.”
