Southeast Atlanta Vascular Care is located in Lithonia, Georgia, serving patients throughout southeast Atlanta, DeKalb County, and the surrounding communities including Stonecrest, Conyers, and Covington.

Our team is led by Medical Director Dr. Sandeep Sharma, an interventional nephrologist with nearly two decades of experience and over 20,000 dialysis access procedures completed. Dr. John T. Perry, the organization’s Chief Medical Officer, also practices at this location.

We provide comprehensive vascular care including dialysis access creation and management, peripheral arterial disease treatment, venous disease treatment, and a full range of minimally invasive vascular procedures.
